About this site
thexteink.com is an independent, unofficial fan and review site about the Xteink family of pocket e-readers (X3, X4 Classic, X4 Pro) and the “TikTokization of reading” conversation they sparked.
Who runs this site
My name is [your name or handle]. I’m an individual enthusiast, not a company, and I have no business relationship with Xteink or its manufacturer. I started this site because [one or two honest sentences — e.g., “I was intrigued by the viral coverage and wanted a place to collect specs, firmware tips, and honest impressions in one spot”].
What this site is not
This is not the official Xteink website, store, or support channel. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Xteink or Shenzhen Xiaohu Xingtong Technology Co., Ltd. If you need official support, warranty service, or to buy directly, contact the manufacturer or an authorized retailer. “Xteink” and related product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify and describe the products.
How the site is funded
Some links on this site are affiliate links, including links to Amazon. If you buy through them, I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is how the site covers its hosting and domain costs. Affiliate commissions do not influence what I write or how I rate products. See the full affiliate disclosure in the footer.
